Call for Papers

We have extended the deadline of the abstract submission to February 10.

We cordially invite all colleagues interested in health informatics standards to submit abstracts (1-2 pages) about their HL7 experiences and also register to attend this exciting event. Many of you will be at HL7 WG meeting in Kyoto immediately preceding IHIC2009. The conference will publish electronic copies of all abstracts and papers.

  • Abstract submission closes on 10 Feb, 2009 and early bird registration closes on 1 March 2009.
  • All authors of accepted papers are applicable to register under the early bird rate at any time.

FORMAT AND SUBMISSION

Abstracts and Papers should be formatted according to the: IEEE format

Abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to ihic2009paper@hl7.jp by 10 Feb, 2009 (final deadline). Abstract should be in 1-2 pages.

Response to the authors will be made before 1 Mar, 2009 by email.

All accepted Papers should be submitted as camera-ready papers by e-mail to ihic2009paper@hl7.jp by Mar 15, 2009
